Hand Steaker BT-Silver 125

The BT-Silver 125 manual steaker was developed by professional chefs and is suitable for all types of boneless meat. It reduces cooking time by up to 40% depending on the type of meat. Marinated meat pieces treated with this hand steaker achieve a more intense flavor due to the increased surface area. No more curling of the meat when frying, cooking, or grilling. The meat retains its size, and the cooking time is significantly shortened. This steaker is not designed as a tenderizer; it functions purely as a steaker. Your piece of meat will not get larger, just more tender!

The steaker is not adjustable in width or length. Easy cleaning is achieved by removing the knife rollers. It is resistant to cleaning agents. Meat pounding is a thing of the past; today, we steak! With this hand steaker, you can steak meat up to a thickness of approximately 30 mm. The width of the filling chute (i.e., the maximum meat width) is 130 mm.

Complete stainless steel housing and stainless steel knife rollers. Stainless steel blades with 11x2 rows of knives for optimal steaking! The meat pieces are altered on the surface by the blades, reducing cooking time: improved marinade and spice absorption is guaranteed. The meat pieces are not enlarged, as would be the case with a tenderizer.
