The backpack is practically divided and very user-friendly. The carrying system transfers 50% of the weight to the hip area. The ergonomically shaped, breathable back cushion consists of a combination of air and padding, allowing air to circulate and providing a larger contact area between the back and the backpack. The self-inflating air cushion has a valve that makes it easy to refill and adjust the amount of air in the back area. The air cushion is well embedded and can withstand rough handling.

The backpack features adjustable padded shoulder straps, load adjustment straps, a height-adjustable and removable chest strap, and a hip belt with a magnetic closure. It has a hanging loop, a side pocket with a zipper, an open side pocket, a main compartment with a magnetic closure, a compartment for laptops, and reflective elements on the front, sides, and shoulder straps. The front pocket has a zipper, and there are 5 interchangeable Velcro patches included in a handy button bag. The backpack has an integrated rain cover in the lid and is water-repellent. The front pocket can be reversed for those who prefer a plain design without a pattern. The Beckmann Classic sports backpack can be easily attached to the school backpack.
