Bandai Namco Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin

This version of the game utilizes the higher processing power of the PlayStation 4 system, Xbox One, and DirectX 11-capable gaming PCs to provide enhanced graphics quality on these platforms. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is also available for the PlayStation 3 system, Xbox 360, and DirectX 9-capable PCs. This version includes all three DLC missions (Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of the Ivory King) as well as the extensive update to version 1.10. The update adds new features, including an additional non-player character that can be sought out for a treacherous quest leading players through Drangleic. Also included are an expanded story, in-game events, as well as improved balancing and online matchmaking. Players who already own Dark Souls II on PC, Xbox 360, or PlayStation 3 will receive the update to version 1.10 for free (for PCs, this is only for DirectX 9). Audio-visual enhancements for the PC version are only included in the paid update for DirectX 11.
