Axis 30 W Midspan with AC/DC is suitable for installations without a connection to the power grid. With a power consumption of either 10 to 28 V DC or 24 V AC, your network device can be powered with up to IEEE 802.3at (30 W). 24 V AC is sometimes required in harsh environments where new cabling cannot be installed, and you need to retrofit box, dome, or PTZ cameras. 10 to 28 V DC can be used for backup power with batteries or for solar-powered installations. Alternatively, it can be used when the network device is integrated into another device and powered directly from it.
