Product details

The 1.5-inch plug coupling allows for retrofitting older camera installations while utilizing existing wall mounts. This plug coupling connects any Axis pendant kits (such as the AXIS T94A01D Pendant Kit) to an older mount with a 1.5-inch internal thread of the NPS or NPT type (for example, wall mounts from other manufacturers). The locking nut is included.

The AXIS 1.5-inch NPS/NPT coupling plug is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has been thoroughly tested in various camera installations to withstand different environmental stresses such as shock, vibration, and corrosion (according to NEMA 4X) as well as UV radiation.

Material: Aluminum with black anodizing.

Note: The National Pipe Taper (NPT) is a U.S. standard for tapered threads on pipe and fittings. NPS threads (National Pipe Straight) are straight (parallel). Both NPT and NPS have the same thread angle, shape, and pitch (threads per inch).
