This stereo turntable meets all the requirements expected of a professional device, combining proven analog technology with the advantages of the digital age. On the analog side, the AT-LP120USBHC presents itself as a mature workhorse, rapidly accelerating its solid aluminum platter (including slip mat) to three selectable speeds (33/45/78 RPM) with its powerful direct drive. The speed can be precisely set using the quartz-controlled pitch lock or finely adjusted over a wide range of ± 20 percent (or ± 10 percent) using the pitch fader. Precise start/stop buttons, a forward/reverse switch, and a tonearm with soft damping control, adjustable tracking force, and anti-skating complete the DJ workspace, which can be protected from dust with the removable cover after use. On the output side, the AT-LP120USBHC is also fully equipped to meet all demands: in addition to a switchable preamplifier that allows operation with devices lacking a phono input, and a comprehensive set of adapter cables for various connection situations, the integrated USB interface ensures a plug-and-play connection with any computer (Mac & PC), enabling lossless digitization of vinyl material. It is compatible with all Audio-Technica cartridges and 1/2” systems from other manufacturers.
