Intel's latest quad-core N5105 CPU features Intel 10nm technology and up to 31% increased performance compared to Gemini Lake SoCs. The N5105 is clocked at 2.0 GHz and can be accelerated up to 2.9 GHz. This enables efficient content creation with the added flexibility of 10 Gigabit Ethernet upgrades.

The Lockerstor Gen2 series NAS units have four M.2 slots for caching or storage or both. Either use all slots for one purpose or combine them as needed. Four M.2 SSD slots give your NAS a range of custom scenarios when it comes to accelerating your storage.

With up to four SSDs, a significant amount of heat can be generated. With additional ventilation, the Lockerstor Gen2 ensures that all components in your NAS are cooled. The Lockerstor Gen2 has two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports that more than double the performance of Gigabit Ethernet devices. But that's not all: with the recently introduced support for SMB Multichannel, your NAS can combine the speed of multiple Ethernet ports to achieve speeds far beyond 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet.
