The ROG Thor 1000W Platinum II is the quietest power supply in its class. The second generation of the ROG Thor 1000W Platinum features improved cooling and components that make it the quietest power supply in its category. To complement the latest high-end ROG motherboards and add extra flair to ROG rigs, we have added a mirrored side panel that perfectly frames the OLED display.
80 Plus Platinum Certification: The ROG Thor 1000W Platinum II uses Japanese low-ESR capacitors to ensure efficient operation. These upgrades enable an 80 Plus Platinum certification, guaranteeing an efficiency of 89% at 100% load and 92% at 50% load. The higher efficiency results in less heat, reduced fan noise, and increased reliability.
