The whole country is still in shock after the assassination of President Sheridan. He wakes up injured and without memory on the beach of the East Coast. The only clues to uncover his identity are the number XIII tattooed on his collarbone and a key to an unknown locker. Although he has lost all memories, he quickly realizes that not everything is completely gone: he still possesses extraordinary reflexes that resemble those of a well-trained government agent. Players can take on the role of XIII - a man who has no memories of his identity - and must uncover the truth about the origins of a serious conspiracy. They accompany XIII on his quest for identity within a gripping solo campaign and brutal online battles.
