Product details

The tri-linear composite of aluminium oxide, zinc oxide and boron nitride creates a thin connecting line between processors, heat sink and electronics. The thermal paste fills the cavities created by machining the heat sinks, thus optimizing the cooling process and ensuring that the processor is always at the perfect operating temperature.
