The Bellatrix Pro Case is named after the star that marks one of the shoulders of the Orion constellation, showcasing the perfect combination of features in a compact format ready to bear the weight of a high-end gaming PC.

The updated, striking front panel combines lines and angles with RGB lighting emanating from an LED strip and the included fans, creating an ultra-futuristic image perfected by a small illuminated logo. For the curious, the light gray tinted acrylic side panel allows for a view inside at any time.

Light-Filled Airflow

All three pre-installed fans in the Bellatrix Pro (two 120 mm and one 80 mm) utilize rainbow lighting and can generate the right amount of airflow needed to cool a variety of hardware.

Compact, but Never Cramped

The smaller, completely white interior of the Bellatrix Pro is ready to accommodate the latest hardware, from mATX motherboards and 280 mm long graphics cards to 140 mm tall CPU coolers. The top and bottom mounting style for the power supply and storage devices is well complemented by numerous cable management openings, keeping everything neat and tidy to avoid hot air pockets.

The name Bellatrix comes from the Latin bellātrix, meaning "female warrior."

The name Bellatrix is also quite popular in fiction, appearing in the 1968 film "Planet of the Apes" as well as in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series.

The star may also have been referenced as the "Shoulder of Orion" in the monologue "Tears in Rain" from Blade Runner, but it is unclear whether the dying replicant meant the left shoulder (Bellatrix) or the right (Betelgeuse).
