The 85W MagSafe Power Adapter comes with a magnetic connector that ensures your power cable disconnects from the computer immediately under heavy strain, providing better protection against damage. Additionally, the magnetic connector allows for a quick and secure connection to the system.

A LED indicator on the top of the connector lights up when the connection is established. Orange means the device is currently charging, while green indicates that it is fully charged.
