Order No. 695-0314 is for use with rectangular flange sockets with nickel coating. Order No. 448-0034 is for use with sockets with a lock nut with brown-olive cadmium coating. A mounting gasket is also available for the rectangular flange receptacle, see part number 448-0040.

Typical applications for these RJ Field TV series Ethernet connectors include railroads, radar, protective equipment, combat zone communications systems, and maritime. Amphenol RJF TV Series RJ45 Ethernet jacks provide data acquisition and transmission (Ethernet Class D, Cat-5e connector for 10-BaseT, 100-BaseTX, and 1000-BaseT networks) in harsh environments. These RJF TV Ethernet jacks are sealed to IP67, shock, vibration and strain resistant, have EMC protection, and 4 position mechanical coding/alignment. An RJ45 jack is soldered to a PCB to allow connection to various PCB connectors with either an RJ45 jack, RJ45 cable harness, or solder termination. A patented RJStop system allows the use of a standard RJ45 cable set. The RJ Field TV jack connects to an RJ Field TV plug using a Tri Start threaded coupling mechanism (MIL-DTL-38999 Type III series) with a locking mechanism. Tools for field wiring operations are not required.

These RJ Field TV series jacks have an aluminum housing with either nickel or olive drab cadmium plating and are available in a variety of configurations. All models are highly reliable and of excellent quality. Part Number 695-0291 is a transversely sealed rectangular flange receptacle with IP68 protection.
