Amewi 4 channel 3D/6G, RTF

The T-28 Trojan is a training aircraft that was developed in the 1940s. Series production began in the early 1950s with the 588 kW seven-cylinder radial engine Wright R-1300-1A and a two-blade propeller. A total of 1,194 units of this version were produced before the further development T-28B was introduced in 1954, featuring the more powerful Wright R-1820-26 engine with 1,047 kW and a three-blade propeller. Later, there were various variants, such as the T-28C, which used the same engine as the T-28B and was capable of carrier operations thanks to a reinforced tail section, flaps, and a tailhook. It made its first flight on September 19, 1955, and 299 units were built until 1957. The T-28D Nomad (also AT-28) was a modified A version with a Wright R-1820-56S engine and six underwing stations designed for various COIN missions.

The T-28 Trojan in the Amewi Edition is a scale replica of this well-known US aircraft, featuring an authentic paint job and combining perfect flight characteristics (6G for beginners, 3D for advanced pilots) with state-of-the-art technology. The model is controlled across all axes (roll, pitch, yaw, throttle) and is self-stabilizing in 6G mode (gyro). This stabilization also prevents the model from stalling and allows only a limited angle of the model. Loops, rolls, or inverted flight are not possible in this setting.

When the model is switched to 3D mode using the high-quality 2.4 GHz transmitter, it is suitable for dynamic aerobatics and allows all standard maneuvers such as loops, rolls, etc., without any issues. If something goes wrong, the model can be switched back to 6G mode with the push of a button, and it will immediately regain a stable flight position (rescue function). In addition to all these features, the model is equipped with a receiver board that enables operation with various components.
