Alternatively, you can personalize the watch face with your own images and use the customizable module to focus on what matters most. The optical BioTracker 2 sensor developed by Huami allows for 24-hour heart rate monitoring. It covers heart rate zones and alerts you if your resting heart rate is abnormally elevated. Additionally, the sensor includes an SpO2 measurement function. When engaging in sustainable mental or physical activity, you can check your current SpO2 level, even if you're feeling unwell, to gain a better understanding of your physical condition. The GTS 2e offers in-depth sleep monitoring, accurately distinguishing between light and REM sleep periods, monitoring sleep respiratory state, providing quality analyses and improvement suggestions based on a night's sleep, and recognizing daytime naps longer than 20 minutes. When you activate one of the sports modes, the watch generates a corresponding analysis report after completing the workout to enhance your training plan. With intelligent sport mode detection, you no longer need to manually select the sport mode. Thanks to its water resistance up to 50 meters, you can even wear it while swimming.
