The AlphaWire FIT® FABRIC is a black polyethylene-polyester fabric that offers exceptional abrasion resistance over a wide temperature range along with excellent flexibility and durability. It is easy to install, can be cut with scissors, and is soft and safe to handle. FIT® FABRIC is flame-retardant, UV-resistant, lead-free, halogen-free, non-corrosive, mold-resistant, and chemical-resistant. Applications include bending, halogen-free environments, protection against mechanical abrasion, environmental protection, and noise and vibration protection. Operating temperature: -40 to +125 °C, shrink temperature: 80 °C (min.), 135 °C (full shrinkage), shrink rate: 2:1 @ 135 °C.
