The Allied Telesis x230 series of Layer 3 Gigabit switches offers impressive features in a compact design, ready for flexible deployment at the network edge. Gigabit to the desktop ensures maximum network performance for demanding applications.

The Power over Ethernet (PoE+)-enabled models are ideal for connecting and powering access and security devices remotely. PoE+ delivers up to 30 watts to support high-performance connected edge devices such as multi-band Wi-Fi access points and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) digital cameras, promoting the growth of wireless networks and digital video surveillance.

The fully equipped AlliedWare Plus operating system provides a range of powerful features, including Ethernet Protection Switched Ring (EPSRing) for high-speed ring connections, Allied Telesis Management Framework (AMF) for automated management, and energy-efficient Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) to reduce operating costs.

The x230 series is perfect for network access connectivity. The Allied Telesis x230-28GT features 24 x 10/100/1000T ports with 4 SFP Gigabit uplink ports. A complete feature set makes it ideal for edge applications and supports Gigabit to the desktop for maximum network performance.
