The Akyga® AK-SC-E03 plug features a Type 2 (IEC62169-2) connector, also known as Mennekes. This is the most popular plug type in the European market for electric vehicles. It is used to connect the cable to the EVSE charging station. Is the old plug worn out and no longer usable? No problem! Use this accessory to replace the damaged plug or to customize your own charging cable for electric vehicles. The high-quality construction ensures resistance to drops and pressure caused by accidental run-overs. The silver-plated connectors with increased resistance allow a current of 32 A. This enables the plug to be used in both single-phase and three-phase systems.

The plug comes with a 220 Ω resistor, which is necessary for the proper charging of the vehicle. Installation should be carried out by a qualified person. Improper installation of the plug can lead to property damage and loss of health or life.
