Akyga AK-EC-14

Akyga AK-EC-14 is a single-phase charger for electric cars with increased charging power. The high-quality IEC 60309 plug allows you to charge your vehicle with 32 A, which corresponds to an output of up to 7.2 kW. This allows you to charge your electric car quickly, even if you do not have a three-phase electrical installation. In addition, the charger allows you to adjust the current to your needs and the possibilities of your electrical installation. Five current values are available: 6, 10, 16, 20 and 32 A. This way, you can be sure that the internal charger of your electric car does not draw more current than your installation can handle. _x000D_

The AK-EC-14 charger has a 5 metre cable with a practical ControlBox with integrated LCD display. Thanks to it, it is possible to regulate the charging power, set a charging time limit and display basic parameters such as charging current and power, mains voltage, total energy consumed by the device, charging temperature and charging time. _x000D_

The type 2 plug (IEC 62196-2) used in the charger is suitable for most vehicles manufactured for the European market. These include, among others: Audi A3 e-Tron, BMW i3, BMW i8, Chevrolet Spark, Mercedes B-Class E-Celi, Mercedes S500 PHEV, Mercedes SLS EV, Mercedes Vito E-Cell Van, Porsche Panamera S PHEV, Volkswagen e-Up, Volkswagen e- Golf, Volvo V60 PHEV. _x000D_

To fully utilise the possibilities of the charger, a 32 A power installation and correctly selected fuses are required.
