Akko Bittersweet Switches

The Akko Bittersweet Tactile Switches are tactile switches featuring a dampened, muted sound profile and a distinctive light bump reminiscent of MX Brown switches. With an actuation force of 48 ± 5 gf and a tactile force of 65 ± 5 gf, they provide a balanced typing experience between resistance and comfort. The pre-travel distance is 2.0 mm, the total key travel is 3.8 mm, while the tactile bump becomes noticeable at 0.8 mm. Factory-lubricated, these switches ensure a smooth and low-friction typing experience. The 5-pin design (adaptable to 3-pin) guarantees a stable attachment to the PCB, making them particularly interesting for custom keyboard builds.

Made from high-quality materials – with the stem crafted from PA12 and the upper and lower housings from PA66 – the Bittersweet Switches are robust and durable. Thanks to MX-style compatibility, they can be easily combined with common keycaps and PCBs.
