Product details

Fans with a 4-pin PWM connector are very popular as they allow for efficient fan control. However, when used with older motherboards or fan controllers, issues may arise due to often missing compatible connectors or a limited number of PWM connections.

The PWM splitter cable from Akasa provides a solution by allowing up to five PWM fans to be connected to just one PWM socket. In addition to functioning as a splitter cable for a single PWM signal, five standard 3-pin fans can also be easily connected. The cable is approximately 45 cm long, and the individual strands are covered with a black sleeve.

To ensure that there is enough power available for all connected fans and that the PWM socket on the motherboard is not overloaded, a SATA power connector is included, which can be connected to the power supply. However, the reading of the PWM signal can only be done for one connected fan.
