The Akasa AK-455-5G High Performance Thermal Paste offers consistent and reliable thermal performance. The further increased thermal conductivity of 2.4 W/mK enables even better cooling performance.

The paste is very easy to apply, especially with the included pad. Additionally, the thermal behavior of the paste has been improved. The optimized consistency makes application even simpler and ensures optimal heat transfer between the CPU and heatsink.

The operating temperature range is between -45 °C and 240 °C. The paste is electrically non-conductive.
