In this realistic truck simulation, over 6500 km of highways and country roads invite exploration, including many intricately designed highway interchanges and junctions. Take the wheel of a MAN TGX or Scania R-Series and explore more than 15 German cities such as Hamburg, Bremen, Cologne, Hanover, and Berlin, each featuring unique road structures and typical landmarks. Throughout your journey, there are also numerous other points of interest to discover. Thanks to partnerships with MAN and Scania, the trucks are presented in an extremely realistic manner - including automatic transmissions, retarders/intarders, and driving aids. From compact box bodies to articulated trucks and gigaliners, the right cargo volume is available for every delivery task. With the connection to the Steam Workshop, you can customize every vehicle and trailer to your liking. On The Road also features an economic system. Start your own company and hire drivers to take on more contracts. Plan your routes as efficiently as possible, but always keep the required rest periods in mind.
