Aeronaut Luxx

Intuitive and quickly buildable models are the goal of every development at aero-naut. Due to the high demand for aircraft models that are built from real kits, our Luxx has now been created.

The aircraft model is completely constructed from wood. All parts have been precisely laser-cut and fit together very accurately. Luxx is aimed at model builders who want to experience real model building again but do not wish to wait for weeks of assembly. With its simple box fuselage design, a construction time of just a few evenings can be planned until the model is fully covered and ready for flight.

The wings have been developed with a modified airfoil that guarantees both a stable flight behavior and the possibility of performing somewhat faster flights. Even thermal soaring is quite possible with Luxx to a simple extent.

The construction is entirely in rib construction and is carried out using the proven aero-naut jig. The assembly of the entire wing can be completed in about 1-2 hours due to the precise level of prefabrication.

Access to the motor and battery is provided through the removable cabin hood, eliminating the need to remove the wing for battery changes.

Simple motors in the power class of 150W with a 2-3s LiPo are suitable for propulsion, allowing for excellent climbing performance and faster flights.

The model is excellent for youth promotion in clubs, schools, and associations. With the step-by-step instructions and the largely prefabricated parts, a shared progress in construction can be easily achieved even with varying levels of craftsmanship.

To complete the model, the following additional parts are still needed: covering film, electric motor, folding propeller and spinner, battery, RC components.
