Aerobel Albatros 2000 mm Aircraft Kit

Glider with a wingspan of 2000 mm. All components are made of wood and manufactured using laser cutting for maximum precision. The wings are detachable and can be divided for easy transport. The Albatros is known in the animal kingdom as a seabird with excellent soaring capabilities. The Aerobel Albatros model possesses these unique abilities. It is designed as a glider but can also be easily made self-launching by using the included motor attachment. The Albatros feels right at home with its two-meter wingspan in light winds and gentle thermals, where it can showcase its outstanding flying characteristics.

Simple Construction

The Albatros kit impresses with its ingeniously simple construction using only three different types of wood. The wing is not built with spars and ribs but rather in an innovative board construction method called "magic Woodwing." This means you no longer need film covering. Simply seal the entire model with a brush and filler to protect it from dirt and moisture.

Quick Assembly, Excellent Flying Characteristics

You do not need a fully equipped workshop to assemble the model. A table and a few simple tools are sufficient. All individual parts are laser-cut and precisely prepared. The model is entirely made of wood and is only glued with white glue. The Albatros has exceptionally good flying characteristics, allowing even beginners to pilot and fly this model. It is a true joy to take the Albatros for a spin in the sky.
