Product details
SSD with 1000 GB storage capacity. M.2 2280 SSD, 1000 GB, SATA III (6 Gb/s). Height: 3.5 mm. SLC caching increases transfer speed. NAND Flash: 3D NAND. Maximum read speed: 550 MB/s, maximum write speed: 510 MB/s. Suitable for desktops and notebooks. 3D NAND flash memory. In 3D NAND (also known as V-NAND or 3D V-NAND), the transistors are oriented vertically to the chip surface, and the flash memory lines are stacked in layers. This achieves a higher storage density while reducing the risk of interference between cells. Thanks to the shortened connections between the cells, electrical performance increases, which in turn reduces power consumption. Compact size. M.2 SSDs are installed via the M.2 socket on the motherboard. This SSD transfers data using SATA III, making its compact size a major advantage. M.2 SSDs are particularly suitable for use in ultrabooks and mini PCs due to their compact dimensions, but can also be used in regular computers.
