There are numerous products and options that help in sorting and organizing the contents of 19" rack drawers. To create a custom cavity, only a sharp knife is needed (included in the set). The genius of Kyoto foam lies in its five layers, which are firmly bonded together but can be separated without leaving adhesive residue on the main part. This allows for various depth steps when cutting, and no CNC machine is required.

For perfect measurements, simply place the item on the foam and trace its outline on the foam with a marker. Carefully cut along the outline on the foam with the knife included in the set, ensuring that you only cut into the desired layers. The cut-out area can now be wedged, the layers can be pried up from below, and the segment can be pulled out.
