Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. This adapter cable allows an aftermarket car radio to be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) on the vehicle side into which the vehicle connectors are plugged. The output ISO connectors are ready to plug into the new car radio. For vehicles with multifunction steering wheels or steering wheel remote controls, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will not function.
