Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. With this adapter cable, an aftermarket car radio can be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) for the vehicle side. Here, the vehicle connectors are plugged in. The output ISO connectors are ready to plug into the new car radio. For vehicles with multifunction steering wheels or steering wheel remote controls, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will not function.
