Some factory radios have a built-in diagnostic system that disables the rear speakers or deactivates the fader in the radio menu as soon as the connection to the speakers is interrupted. The N-A480DSP-ISOFAD adapter simulates a proper speaker connection to the factory radio, thereby bypassing the diagnostic tool.
