Acer K137i

The Acer K137i offers excellent multimedia features as an LED projector with SRS sound and WXGA resolution, combined with a long lamp life.

The DLP projector utilizes a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels in a 16:10 format. Its brightness of 700 lumens is at a good level for an LED projector. The contrast ratio of 10,000:1 is also impressive. It performs well with dark image content, as demonstrated in the Acer K137i test. Despite its small size, it operates quietly at 29 dB in Eco mode.

In terms of connectivity, the Acer K137i has everything you need. It features an MHL-compatible HDMI input and a USB Type A port for a USB reader or USB wireless dongle. Additionally, there is a Micro SD card slot available for the reader function. Not to be overlooked is the 1 GB of internal storage, which can be used for the multimedia viewer function, making it a very interesting solution for digital signage applications. A 3.5 mm audio input is available for connecting speakers. The universal I/O port is also included, allowing for adapter solutions such as VGA. Furthermore, there is a DC input for the projector's external power supply.

Like most small LED projectors, the K137i does not have a zoom feature. Therefore, the image width is determined by the distance of the projector from the wall. To achieve a 2-meter image width, it should be placed approximately 3 meters away.
