How often does a product of this brand in the «Notebooks» category have a defect within the first 24 months?
Source: Digitec GalaxusHow many working days on average does it take to process a warranty claim from when it arrives at the service centre until it’s back with the customer?
Source: Digitec GalaxusHow often is a product of this brand in the «Notebooks» category returned?
Source: Digitec GalaxusThere is nothing to criticise about the workmanship of the Acer. The speed? High, even with performance-hungry applications, and the battery life is very long. There is criticism for the slight shine through of the backlight at the corners and for the long charging time. Otherwise, the Aspire 5 is a successful notebook at a fair price.
