For administrations, ChargerSync™ serves to manage Terra AC charging stations. Users can be created, RFID cards can be registered, and charging processes can be analyzed and evaluated. In addition to managing the charging station, dynamic load management can be created for a group of charging points. The operator can choose between the ChargerSync™ portal or the app, depending on the number of connected charging systems.

The ChargerSync™ app is the application for the owner of the charging solution. The app is used to manage the charging station:

• Define connection with the home network
• Enter electricity tariff for statistics
• Manage updates for new features via mobile

The TerraConfig app is the ideal solution for a straightforward commissioning process by an installer. The charging station can be conveniently connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing settings to be made with minimal effort. The app is intuitive to use, thereby speeding up the commissioning process. If OCPP configurations are prepared in a TerraConfig portal, settings can be quickly and accurately transferred to the charging stations.
