Product details
FI/LS switches (RCBOs) provide personal and property protection as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure the protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents, and pulsating currents with a smooth residual direct current component of up to 6 mA to ground. Additionally, they offer fault protection (protection against indirect contact), supplementary protection, and fire protection. They comply with product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20) and IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21). Applications include household and commercial uses. The compact design of the DSX301C FI/LS is ideally suited for use in power distribution systems where space is limited. The series is equipped with a 30 mA differential fault current and a B or C tripping characteristic. Its patented terminal connections with Push-In technology ensure easy and secure connection and handling. The upper outgoing Push-In terminal can accommodate conductors of up to 2 x 4 mm². On the input side, the PSX phase rails can be used for cross-wiring. For power supply, conductor cross-sections of up to 10 mm² can be directly connected to the device via the screw terminal in protection class IP20. For better visibility during connection, the opening of the screw terminal is located above the flexible terminal for the phase rail. The rated breaking capacity according to IEC/EN 61009 is Icn = 6 kA. The RCBO DSX301C Type A is single-pole protected (LS) and double-pole switching.
