The HD-43 lens hood from 7artisans Photoelectric is specifically designed to prevent vignetting in the corners of images when using the 35mm f/1.2 and 35mm f/2 lenses. The hood prevents lens flare and protects against stray light. Additionally, it safeguards the lens from sudden impacts and is attached to the front of the lens with its 43mm thread.
