Product details

3M 5413 high-temperature polyimide tape is made from a polyimide film with silicone adhesive. This brown tape has a thickness of 68.58 µm and can be used for masking circuit boards during the soldering process as well as for other applications at both low and high temperatures ranging from -73 °C to 260 °C.
