3M 5413 High-temperature polyimide adhesive tape

3M 5413 High-Temperature Polyimide Tape is made from a polyimide film with silicone adhesive. This brown tape is 68.58 µm thick and can be used for masking circuit boards during the soldering process as well as for other low and high-temperature applications between -73 °C and 260 °C. The roll core is made of polyethylene instead of cardboard. The high-temperature resistance of the silicone adhesive reduces adhesive bleed-out, eliminating the need for cleaning and increasing productivity. The polyimide tape can be easily removed from surfaces, as it does not soften at higher temperatures and remains dimensionally stable.
