A white adhesive tape with high tear resistance for sealing high-temperature pipes and chambers. The high cohesion of the construction allows for residue-free removal. Protect surfaces and materials with the universal 3M glass fabric tape 361 from high temperatures. The tape has a thickness of 0.17 mm. It features a heat-curing silicone adhesive and is suitable for applications that require high adhesive strength, durability, high mechanical and thermal load capacity, as well as residue-free removal. It has a short-term temperature resistance of up to +290 °C, depending on the type of heat source and duration of exposure. With prolonged heat exposure above 232 °C, the adhesive gradually breaks down, causing the adhesive strength of the tape to diminish and the fiberglass backing to darken. The glass fabric tape is suitable for demanding applications in the aerospace or automotive industries, as well as for commercial vehicles, construction, marine, and much more. It is primarily used for bundling, sealing, wrapping, and marking high-temperature pipes.
