For the last 10 days, my orders have been one day less every day. Yesterday it said ready for collection today 13:00! delivery date unknown since 13:00? wtf?
Yup, same. Digitec, I thought (according to your customer service) your suppliers enter the delivery times themselves? How can it be that they only notice on the day of delivery that the delivery does not exist?
It happened to me exactly the same today. Same thing with the graphics card 2 weeks ago.
