Reolink Argus 2: I need the camera mainly as an "intercom" when someone rings the doorbell downstairs. I see the person and can also say something - the other person hears me. But I don't get any sound from the camera back to the iPhone/iPad. When I tap the little speaker on the app, it hisses a bit. But no SOUND. Is this working for you? Is my device defective?

After many attempts to solve the problem, and as a "last hope", I reported here and looked through the app settings again. There is an item there called "Encrypt sound". This doesn't seem to have anything to do with the sound itself (except for the encryption). If you switch on the encryption, the sound also works! Maybe the answer is useful for someone else.
