Hello Leuz. I assume that my model 102 is a previous version and have the following problems there: 1. Admin: Access 192.168.1.102 or 192.168.1.101 partly very delayed. Start LED: flashes in 2-of-4 cycles, no description in manuals Disk activity LED: Continuous activity, lights up constantly 2. System: External storage device is connected, but the file system is not recognised (WD 3T). Tried everything, hours went down the drain, nothing works ... Netgear's online "support" is a real pain in the ass ... Maybe someone here has a clue? Danitec

All connections to the old Netgear should first be deleted from the PC and removed, then install the new Netgear. Unfortunately, I lost the data from the hard disk in the old Netgear, but I was able to transfer it again afterwards and it worked for me.
Start LED flashes constantly, can't turn it off with the power button, only one thing helps, pull out the power plug. Good luck!
