Does this charger charge the Oneplus 3T with 4A? Or do I have to use the proprietary charger?
The charger has a total of 4.8A, i.e. 2.4A per channel. THE ANSWER IS ALSO: "So no, it charges the mobile phone with max. 2.4A".
