Question about Brother Cutting plotter ScanNCut CM900

Is the registration code for ScanNcutCanvas (browser software) not included, or am I just not finding it? It would be pretty bad if it wasn't included!

I also did not receive such an activation card for the registration code. I then fought my way through in a rather laborious manner and finally managed the registration (machine). Here is the link for the machine registration: http://support.brother.com/g...

The next problem, however, is the activation of the pattern collections and the Premium functions. Here I'm at a complete standstill and the Brother helpline is acting stubborn, telling me to just find the activation card. A joke, as none was supplied at all. Please help me urgently.

At Brother you don't seem to need a registration code as you can register for free.

You can then enter the machine number in the account.
