Well, Its a PCI-E x1 card and pretty standard. Unless you have a really old pc or all the PCI-E are being used, yes, it will work. Just check your motherboard for free slots.

you can see that there's a PCI x1 port. you can use any other port actually but you might need one of the begger ports in the future.
