I would say Yes. I use the BlackEye products with the OnePlus Smartphone. Usually they work with all smartphones with one camera lense and I think the Google Pixel has one lense. Dual lense Smartphones I think don't work.

Update. Black Eye works with Dual Lense as well. A friend tried it with the Iphone 7Plus, but the phone needs to have the possibility to shoot just with the main cam.
