Yes, possible
Technically, from the disk interface, the disk (SATA) can be connected and the format 2,5" would also be matching. But it will be a lot of work to get to the disk itself (to replace the disk) as far I have seen in a disassembly video (I do not own a Dell Inspiron N5010).
