does anyone know how i have to connect the cables?

I have the following:
1x cable with 2 wires (white/black) that supplies the current

1x cable with 2 wires for the LED (white only)

I have connected all of them to the 4-way slot, white to N and black to L.

the LED light comes on but I can't find the controller in the philips hue app.

Does anyone know what the problem is or if I need to connect it differently?

The integration is quite tedious. I had Paulmann support on the phone to help me with the integration. 
You have to hold the bridge very close (5cm) to the controller and do this as soon as you have reset the controller. The instructions should tell you how to reset the bridge (switch the power source on/off several times at X second intervals). I held the bridge to the ceiling with an extension cable after resetting the controller. But this requires that you have a long LAN cable to connect the bridge to the router. The easiest way is to feed the controller with an extension cable and go to the Hue Bridge. The reset process can also be started without a lamp (you can hear the relay click). You can then integrate the controller in the app.
