Item was dead on arrival, faulty external power supply (speakers will not power, power LED on power supply does not illuminate), obviously no incoming goods inspection or online checks of this critical component in the Chinese factory, it happens however shame on Creative for not controlling this better.
Extremely disappointed, now have to send the speakers back to Digitec at my cost and have to wait for their internal checks before (hopefully) receiving a replacement under warranty. No information from Digitec as to how long this process takes.
