If you want to get into the cockit world for you sim, you can't go wrong with Playseat. However, you do get for what you pay for. The screw holes are a problem and it's quite sturdy though.

Nice entry-level seat, it was up and running in 20 minutes with a nice feeling to the seat. However, build quality is poor, I got mine with the back screw hole not working, so I have to search for another solution to make it sturdy and not move. I'm tall and big and I fit just fine with the cushion.
