i typically do not write ratings. however, this experience has been so terrible that I changed my mind:
i ordered this router four months back. it has been back to galaxus twice in this period. the first time - 5G net vanished. the second time - 2.4 network died. Perhaps users who give high ratings to this product use it in the "combo"/"auto" mode which switches the network behind the scenes and you never know what you get. in reality, this product is waaaay to expensive for the poor manufacturing quality and I would not recommend it at all.

Maybe you just got the bad one....today for companies its cheaper to sell the 90 percent good ones and the 10 percent scrap ones and replace them afterwards instead of making a quality control
